This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its complementary regulations.
1. Data we collect
We collect information that you provide directly when registering, completing forms, or interacting with the platform. This includes: full name, email address, phone number, address, tax identification data (CUIT/CUIL), financial information necessary for participation in investment projects, and any other data you choose to share when contacting us. We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, and cookie data, in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your personal data to: manage your account and participation on the platform; process investment operations in real estate crowdlending projects; comply with current legal, regulatory, and tax obligations in Argentina; communicate with you about the status of your investments and platform updates; improve our services and user experience; prevent fraud and ensure the security of operations; and respond to inquiries or requests you send us.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: your express consent when registering and using the platform; the execution of the service contract between you and Torqento; compliance with applicable legal obligations, including regulations from the National Securities Commission (CNV), the Financial Information Unit (UIF), and AFIP; and our legitimate interest in improving the platform and preventing illicit activities.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your information with: technology service providers who assist us in operating the platform, under confidentiality agreements; regulatory, judicial, or tax authorities when required by current legislation; financial entities involved in investment processing; and external auditors as part of regulatory compliance reviews.
5. Data retention
We retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and in accordance with the retention periods established by current Argentine regulations. In the case of data linked to financial operations, retention periods may be extended as provided by the CNV, UIF, and AFIP.

In accordance with Law No. 25,326, you have the right to: access your personal data registered in our databases; request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; request the deletion of your data when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected; object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
