These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") govern access to and use of the real estate crowdlending platform operated by Torqento S.A. (Tax ID CUIT 30-72184596-3), with registered address at Av. del Libertador 6250, 8th Floor, C1428ARS, Buenos Aires, Argentina. By accessing or using the platform, you accept these T&C in their entirety.

1. Nature of the service

Torqento operates a digital collective financing (crowdlending) platform oriented to real estate projects in Argentina. The platform connects individuals interested in investing with real estate project developers seeking financing. Torqento does not act as a financial entity, does not collect public savings, and does not guarantee the profitability or return of invested capital.

2. Registration and account

To participate in projects, you must create an account providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities carried out under your account. Torqento reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these T&C or that show signs of irregular activity.

3. Investment risks

All investment in real estate crowdlending projects carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: partial or total loss of invested capital; delays in project execution; changes in real estate market conditions; regulatory and legal risks; and illiquidity of the investment during the project period. Past returns on previous projects do not constitute a guarantee of future results. Before investing, evaluate your financial situation and risk tolerance.

4. User obligations

By using the platform, you commit to: providing truthful and up-to-date information; using the platform exclusively for its intended purposes; not engaging in fraudulent or illicit activities; complying with tax and legal regulations applicable to your investments; not attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or breach its security systems.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including texts, designs, logos, images, source code, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of Torqento S.A. or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Torqento acts as a technological intermediary between investors and developers. We do not assume responsibility for: the economic outcome of published projects; the accuracy of information provided by developers; temporary technical interruptions of the platform; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the use of the platform, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

8. Modifications

Torqento reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after a modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
